课程简介
国际组织：This course is an introduction of the International Organization and International Law. For the first half part about IO, we will discuss how cooperation has been institutionalized at the international level and the major focus of IO will be put on the intergovernmental organizations. We will examine their historical origins, ostensible functions, the international and domestic political forces that impact their operations, and their effectiveness. Different examples of IO will be taken on our class. So this part is supposed to offer each student a general understanding of IO and its influence in modern world order.
国际法：本课程为全英语课程。本课程系统而完整的介绍国际法总论、国际法历史、国际组织法和联合国法律等。通过学习本课程学生可以对国际法有初步了解，并掌握基本的法律词汇和概念的英语表达。教学方法采用教师和学生互动的模式，学生将在教师的指导下进行原版案例阅读和分析，以助学生对国际法的理解。
