* The day-to-day schedule can be flexible, as long as the above mentioned tasks are fulfilled.

2. Class Activities

(1) The Teacher’s lecturing on writing techniques;

(2) Discussions on the employment of writing techniques in the reading materials;

(3) Q & A on exercises;

(4) Reading Discussion;

(4) Homework Critique.

3. Written Homework

(1) Free/ Essay Writing (at least 250 words);

(2) Supplementary Reading Tasks.

4. Assessment of Students’ Average Performance

Your performance in class activities and written homework will be assessed with points/scores and account for 30% of

your total score for the course of this semester. (*mid-term test accounts for 30% of the total, final written exam 40%)

You’re supposed to hand in your written homework on time. Deferred work will be given zero. NO PLAGERISM!
